Rooms are fantastic, service is great, and the restaurant is excellent. The hotel is really a diamond in the rough--a really beautiful, well-kempt spot. Really enjoyed my time, easy reccomendation.

In late October we were departing on a cruise and could not find a vacancy in Civitivecchia. Lucky us we found this great hotel in a medieval hilltop town close by. A large spotless bedroom and excellent restaurant. The owner drove us personally into town

wonderful pre cruise hotel outside the city of Rome. great restaurant. . huge balcony. walk into small town...on bus route. breakfast was excellent.

Very nice hotel. Great restaurant. Nice pool, but be very careful getting in, the steps are extremely slippery. It's easy to fall, and you could seriously hurt yourself!

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It is the best in the area. But you can’t compare it to city hotels of course. It has more of a motel feeling.Air condition is not very cold.Pool is outdoor and clean, there’s a restaurant and bar which looks good (didn’t try it)Breakfast is good.Shuttle service to the port cost 80 euros and you need to book it in advance.There is no uber in the area and as I understood there is only one taxi.

We had the opportunity to stay here in July 2022. There were 12 of us - 3 generations. We loved everything about this hotel. We were picked up at the airport as arranged. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They were able to accommodate food allergies (we notified them in advance) and they also accommodated us with some simpler meals for younger folks.

The rooms are a little dated but very clean. Amazing views but a little far away from other restaurants if you don't eat at the hotel restaurant.

Highly recommend, either for a short or long stay. Clean rooms with new furniture, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, private parking, equipped gym, clean swimming pool.

A beautiful hotel! With a wonderful private balcony that overlooks to the waterfront and beautiful Italian countryside. Restaurant was delicious and wait staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful.After a 24 hour flight delay and losing a whole day in Italy this hotel helped make up for the loss and get us back in relaxed vacation mode!

Stayed before our cruise. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the terminal. Staff was fantastic. Restaurant next door was amazing good
